Our Logistics team is looking for a Finance Analyst - Logistics Billing to join the team! The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoice payment for Logistics vendors in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance/accounting, excellent client services skills, and a basic understanding of Logistics procedures related to transportation, customs brokerage, and warehousing. 

What you'll do:

  •  Work to understand and improve existing logistics processes at Lime.
  • Create POs, validate invoices, capture and report costs.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics.
  • Interpret data to identify gaps, and recommend changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Perform analysis, such as cost estimating and route optimization.
  • Maintain and publish periodic logistics performance reports to Lime’s management team.
  • Work with Lime’s finance team on budgeting and gap analysis.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.

About you:

  • 1+ years supply chain, logistics, data science, or analytical experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong logical thinking, verbal, and quantitative reasoning, along with the ability to zoom out, understand the ‘big picture, and see patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate in a high-tempo cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in identifying improvements in process areas, and in assisting with implementing improvements.
  • proficiency in Excel, Coupa, Netsuite, Jira, and other database systems required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
