The Lime Recruiting team is hiring a Senior Technology Recruiter! In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering teams to find incredible talent across the United States. As a full-cycle Recruiter you will source and evaluate candidates, be a trusted partner to our Senior Leadership team, and will make recommendations on candidates to move forward with.  
This is a remote position within the United States and we are accepting applications from any location where we operate in.

About the role:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process within our Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering organizations, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering leadership and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment  
  • Develop and implement streamlined hiring best practices across our Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering organizations  
  • Create sourcing strategies in collaboration with our sourcing team that enable strong candidate pipelines for current and future positions 
  • Champion DE&I hiring initiatives in partnership with our DE&I program manager 
  • Working alongside our Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering leaders to help drive transparent hiring decisions to support the growth of diverse and sustainable teams

About you:

  • 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience within a startup organization required
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and hire top-tier Product, Data Engineering, and Engineering talent
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
  • Experience building a diverse pipeline of candidates and the perseverance to drive results
  • Experience using data, sharing current hiring and market trends with hiring teams around the talent ecosystem

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $102,000, plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
