Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>​</li><li>Inspecting and measuring parts, assemblies, and systems using existing optical and tactile measuring devices.</li><li>Preparing and evaluating measurement data and creating meaningful initial sample inspection reports.</li><li>Creating quality assurance (QA) test plans, QA test instructions, and QA test process plans, as well as production specifications for series release.</li><li>Analyzing and evaluating technical drawings and implementing appropriate tests.</li><li>Conducting process capability studies.</li><li>Conducting, evaluating, and documenting process analyses and improvements, and initiating measures.</li><li>Conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) of existing measuring equipment according to customer specifications.</li><li>Conducting sampling according to VDA Volume 2 and PPAP.</li><li>Supporting measures to prevent errors with the aim of continuous quality improvement.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Technical vocational training and several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on quality management.</li><li>Experience and knowledge in dealing with current quality standards and systems, e.g., IATF16949, APQP, VDA.</li><li>Experience in handling measuring equipment (scales, QS-Stat, 3D measuring machines).</li><li>Knowledge in LSR and THPL processing as well as in sampling processes according to PPAP, VDA.</li><li>Experience with problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5Why) is desirable.</li><li>Teamwork and assertiveness, as well as an analytical approach.</li><li>Good English skills and very good IT skills (MS Office tools, SAP R/3).</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
