In the role of Finance Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial integrity and ensuring compliance within the policy, regulatory and contractual framework. This hands-on position is ideal for a professional with strong analytical abilities, commercially driven and a solid grasp of accounting principles. The applicant also needs a strategic approach to financial management. You will work with the Head of Finance and partner across finance and operations teams to drive impactful, cross-functional results. This is an office based role. Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the accounting and financial reporting for the entity in Portugal•Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger</li><li>Guarantee the monthly accounting and reporting, treasury management, credit control, inventory management, forecasts and fiscal responsibilities</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements</li><li>Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes</li><li>Provide financial support to other companies in the Colorifix Group</li><li>Provide financial insights to support long-term business strategies</li><li>Prepare budgets segregated by processes and departments</li><li>Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the financial integrity of the organization.</li><li>Support various HR tasks</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li></ul>Role Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA)</li><li>Previous relevant working experience (4+ years) within financial accounting and/or reporting</li><li>Strong expertise in Management Accounting and Corporate Finance</li><li>Deep knowledge of Accounting principles and standards</li><li>Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is preferred</li><li>Microsoft Excel proficient</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Fluent in English and Portuguese (both oral and written) - mandatory</li><li>Applicants must have a valid work visa for Portugal</li></ul>Title:\t\tFinance ManagerReports to: \tHead of FinanceLocation: \tJesufrei, Vila Nova De Famalicao, PortugalHolidays: \t22 + BH + BirthdayBenefits: \tMental health support, company social events and regular company retreats Closing date for applications is 31st August 2025 Colorifix is an equal opportunity employer.
