You will partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to drive improvements in quote-to-cash, order management, forecasting, and fulfillment processes through effective systems integration, automation, and analytics. This is a high-impact business-facing role for a strategic thinker with deep experience in SCM systems (such as Oracle, Anaplan, SAP, Blue Yonder), a strong understanding of revenue operations, and a sharp lens for identifying opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics to drive performance and agility. What you will be doing<ul><li>Lead the business strategy and functional direction for SCM systems (order management, forecasting, planning, and fulfillment) to ensure alignment with revenue operations objectives</li><li>Serve as the business product owner for key SCM system initiatives, driving end-to-end process optimization across demand and supply planning</li><li>Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and Finance to define requirements and manage roadmap prioritization for system enhancements and new deployments</li><li>Identify, propose, and lead AI/ML and automation opportunities to improve data-driven planning, anomaly detection, and intelligent order routing</li><li>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and seamless data flow across SCM, CRM, and ERP platforms to enable real-time operational visibility</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts across cross-functional stakeholders for system and process adoption</li><li>Benchmark existing SCM processes and systems against industry standards to identify gaps and recommend modern, scalable solutions</li><li>Lead vendor evaluations and business case development for new SCM tools and technologies</li></ul>Who you are and what you bring<ul><li>10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Supply Chain Systems, including a minimum of 5 years in a business systems leadership or product owner capacity</li><li>Hands-on experience with SCM/ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or equivalent</li><li>Deep understanding of the intersection between Revenue Operations and Supply Chain, especially in high-growth, hardware-driven companies</li><li>Experience working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system specifications</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use AI/ML tools or techniques to improve forecasting, efficiency, and data insight</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience implementing AI-powered solutions in supply chain or revenue operations processes</li><li>Background in clean energy, semiconductors, or hardware manufacturing (a plus)</li><li>Experience with SaaS planning platforms like Anaplan, o9, or similar tools</li><li>MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field</li></ul>
