Your mission Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Sales Manager for EV Charging in Spain!    Are you curious to learn how you can help us build a sustainable future?  Would you like to see how you can contribute to the growth of our clean energy solutions?    Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:    You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, strategic partnerships, and market growth within the EV charging industry.   <ul><li>Tenders’ bid preparation, management and submission for DC and AC chargers</li><li>Ensuring compliance with existing or upcoming norms and regulations concerning the core business in the region</li><li>Leads’ generation and multi-channel business development </li><li>Advising SUNGROW customers in their e-mobility journey from A to Z, including on-site visits, technical trainings and remote support</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong relations with customers, industry peers and suppliers</li><li>Generation and nurturing of a strategic account pipeline.</li><li>Close collaboration with co-workers, including product managers, operations, service and marketing </li><li>Monitoring of developments in the regional EV charging market, providing recommendations and strategies to meet customer needs.</li><li>Regular updates on local market trends, insights, reports, and forecasts to management.</li><li>Participation in exhibitions and seminars aimed at building the brand name and wider outreach</li></ul> Your profile Do you have the legal right to work in Spain?    Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in Italy without the need for visa sponsorship.    What will you need to be successful?    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree with a focus on energy or business/marketing degree  Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the e-mobility industry.  Technical knowledge in E-Mobility.  Fluency in Spanish and English, Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not a must  Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits, fairs, and events.    Desired skills:   Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of electrical systems and first-hand experiences with LV installations Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning. Team-player mindset.
