Want to join the ride?  We are now looking for a SALES SUPPORT ENGINEERto join our team working for a better future.  The position is permanent and the preferred location is in France, but also Italy and Turkey are possible location.  As Sales Support Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:  •    Strong knowledge about Wärtsilä's engine and product portfolio and comprehensive understanding about own region's installed base •    Demonstrates an understanding of the customer's business and identifies value drivers for them and accordingly create high-quality offers based on the customer business case •    Primarily supports Transactional Sales and support Agreements upselling and Upgrades when needed  •    English is mandatory and French and Spanish are an added value in the evaluation To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:  •    Gain and keep the trust of all the people you deal with (internal and external) •    Ability to identify, engage, and lead collaborations with internal and external stakeholders in a diverse cross-cultural environment •    Ability to gather requirements for a given case by utilizing historical and technical data and create and improve an efficient contact network to speed-up the information search  (In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world.
