This role will provide services for the Corporate Business Units (CBUs) within NextEra Energy. The candidate should have experience working with different business units, managing communications, Agile-related initiatives, and providing business unit liaison support. The individual will be responsible for providing oversight of the CBU backlog, building and maintaining business partner relationships, and furthering the adoption of agile across the CBU team.Position Specific Description This position plans, manages team budget, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. Employees in this role acquire resources and coordinate and help lead the efforts of team members--including third-party contractors or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. Successful candidates define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.<ul><li>Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects, which typically involve and impact multiple business areas</li><li>Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s), to ensure timely and effective project execution</li><li>Participates in employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management</li><li>Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline, while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills</li><li>Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers</li><li>Solves a range of straightforward problems</li><li>Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li><li>Oversee the assignment, monitoring, and execution of day-to-day work activities for the Corporate domain, which support 16 of our business units within the NEE organization. </li><li>Responsible for end-to-end IT business process, from idea generation through delivery.   </li></ul>
