This role serves as the primary liaison between Manufacturing engineering and IT, driving the delivery of a strategic technology portfolio focused on manufacturing automation, MES/MOM implementation, and Digital Transformation. The position blends deep manufacturing domain knowledge with advanced technology expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. MES/MOM Execution<ul><li>Lead the strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platforms across USCAN sites.</li><li>Ensure MES/MOM solutions are integrated with ERP and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and operational visibility.</li><li>Drive automation initiatives to streamline production processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance data accuracy and traceability.</li><li>Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions using PLCs, SCADA, and industrial IoT technologies.</li></ul>Maintenance Transformation &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead the transformation of maintenance operations across USCAN manufacturing sites by leveraging Maintenance Automation Systems (MAS) capabilities.</li><li>Integrate MAS solutions with MES/MOM platforms to enable predictive maintenance, real-time asset monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, reliability, and IT teams to digitize maintenance workflows and optimize equipment lifecycle management.</li><li>Drive initiatives that improve MTBF/MTTR metrics, reduce unplanned downtime, and enhance overall equipment reliability.</li><li>Champion the use of AI/ML and IoT technologies to enable smart maintenance and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Portfolio Delivery / Execution / Deployment<ul><li>Deliver assigned portfolio on time and within budget, ensuring measurable business outcomes partnering with global apps and analytics.</li><li>Apply structured project and change management methodologies to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and sustained business value.</li><li>Deliver outcomes as appropriate to work complexity, as defined by organizational standards.</li><li>Exercise full accountability for assigned tasks and ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement &amp;
