Job Description:The Assistant Performance Engineer be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Performance Engineering. Watch “<a href="https://youtu.be/BtjIN9oHRMY?si=ONfWJ-vFlLZckjrE">Culture is our Passion</a>” to learn more about us.Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:<ul><li>Perform Site specific generation analysis or evaluation of Energy efficiency for Solar projects using PV Syst.</li><li>Comparing Generation data with Conventional Trackers.</li><li>Developing Surfaces using Civil 3d. </li><li>Generating Pier Coordinates with the site Contours using Civil 3D. </li><li>Use templates and guidelines to generate Diffuse and Row to Row gain estimates.</li><li>Understand and Evaluate various Tracker types with varying slope degrees. </li><li>Generating Heat maps by performing Slope analysis in Civil 3d.</li><li>Comparing the Electrical losses in PV Solar plant.</li></ul>Here is some of what you’ll need (required):<ul><li>B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical engineering with (1-3) years of experience in electrical design.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of PV Syst &amp; Civil 3D.</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Ability to prepare Shade scenes in PV Syst as per standards.</li><li>Through knowledge of PV Module Technology.</li><li>Very good communication skills</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:<ul><li>Familiarity with key PV Plant components and technical operation parameters. </li><li>Sound Knowledge on various Ground terrain types.</li><li>Optional knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, Python</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
