You will report to Technical Manager and provide technical and process engineering support across multiple production units, including ASU, ATR, and HPU facilities.</p><p>As the<b> Senior Process Engineer you will: </b></p><ul><li>Provide process engineering support for ASU, ATR, and HPU technologies.</li><li>Support safe plant operations in line with procedures and safety standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimize plant performance, resolving process issues independently.</li><li>Participate in commissioning, startup, shutdown, and turnaround activities.</li><li>Contribute to hazard studies, risk assessments, and management of change processes.</li><li>Collaborate with controls and instrumentation teams to optimize plant control systems.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for energy savings, capacity improvements, and reliability enhancements.</li><li>Review vendor documentation and support the development of plant monitoring systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with EH&amp;S standards and act as a role model in safety leadership.</li></ul><p>As the<b> Senior Process Engineer you already are:</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role within industrial operations (oil &amp; gas, chemical, energy).</li><li>Process engineering knowledge of Air Separation, Gasification and/or Hydrogen Production</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting plant operations, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to follow a logical work process to reach a solution. Experienced in Root Cause Analysis</li><li>Familiarity with P&amp;ID, HAZOP, LOTO, control systems, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently and in teams.</li><li>Languages – Uzbek, Russian and English proficiency, both oral &amp; written.</li><li>Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels (technical and non-technical)</li></ul></div></div></div><div><b>Work conditions and benefits package</b><ul><li>Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions</li><li>Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)</li><li>The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Karshi, Kashkadarya Region</li><li>When relocating to Karshi a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rentan apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)</li><li>Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocationof the employee and family members to the place of destination)</li><li>Annual leave – 21 calendar days.
