You will report to the Operations Manager and provide an effective and efficient administrative function to the Operations team.</p><p><b>As a Document Controller you will:</b></p><ul><li>Compile, review, maintain, and present operations documentation.</li><li>Prepare, validate, and review all documentation regarding employee lists, shift schedules, shift rosters, overtime approvals, leave documentation and approvals, maintenance and other notifications, job requests, loading of purchase requisitions, etc.</li><li>Communicate and issue all company communication, newsletters, corporate gifts, procedural updates, general company, and other relevant information to all operations employees.</li><li>Coordinate the storage and safekeeping of all relevant operations records.</li></ul><div><b>You will have:</b></div><ul><li>Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in the related field.</li></ul><div>Supplemented by the following:</div><div></div><ul><li>Demonstrated technical knowledge and ability in Organization, Planning, Computer Skills, and use of Microsoft Office packages. Good PC literacy and use of basic software packages such as Microsoft Office is a must. Good SAP knowledge will be an advantage.</li><li>The ability to develop, support, and manage a structured, controlled, and planned administrative function within the Operations department.</li><li>Outstanding organizing and administrative skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.</li><li>Motivated self-starter who can work unsupervised to a large extent but also as part of small, multi-discipline teams.</li><li>Attention to detail and fast paced.</li><li>Methodical and rigorous, able to work on their own without reminders.</li><li>Languages – Uzbek and English proficiency, both oral &amp; written. Russian will be an advantage.</li></ul></div></div></div><div><b>Work conditions and benefits package</b><ul><li>Competitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditions</li><li>Salary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sums</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)</li><li>The workplace is located on the territory of the plant in Karshi, Kashkadarya Region</li><li>When relocating to Karshi a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rentan apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)</li><li>Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocationof the employee and family members to the place of destination)</li><li>Annual leave – 21 calendar days.
