Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support in the creation of reports:</li><li>- Generation of production data/dates of Air Springs</li><li>- Gathering, assembling and pre-analysis of information for internal processes (e.g. test reports from part analysis dept.)</li><li>- Support in the creation of standard reports for common claim issues (e.g. NTF, Damper squeaking noise etc.)</li><li>Creation of Supplier-Q-Reports:</li><li>- Creation of Q-Reports (supplier claim notifications)</li><li>- Photo documentation of damages, labels etc.</li><li>- Organization of packing and shipping of parts</li><li>Measurement- and Test-order creation</li><li>- Creation of Measurement orders or Testing orders for the labs</li><li>Support in internal transportation &amp; logistic</li><li>- Reception, identification and marking of field parts and preparation for the analysis</li><li>- Transport of field parts within the plant (e.g. in between analysis, lab, warehouse etc.)</li><li>Datamangement and exchange with internal and external interfaces</li><li>- Automatization of data-analysis e.g. with Microsoft tools like PowerBI</li><li>- Automatization of data-exchange with internal and external interfaces e.g like other departments and customer portals.</li><li>--&gt; Reducing the load on the Warranty Center's Excel-based databases and moving them to smart apps that can interact with other interfaces.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Enrolled student in a technical study program, e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similiar</li><li>Reliable and structured way of working</li><li>Good MS office skills</li><li>Fluent German and English language skills</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
