Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and social media.</li><li>Manage SEO, PPC, and website enhancements to support lead acquisition.</li><li>Define and implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.</li><li>Build and manage email nurture flows and landing pages using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Emarsys).</li><li>Monitor optimize, and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI. Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CX) to execute and track campaigns.</li><li>Maintain clean marketing data and assist in building dashboards and reports for campaign performance.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business (strong analytical skills), or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or lead generation in a B2B environmen.
