Internal Alignment<ul><li>Act as a strategic bridge between Partnerships, Programs, Finance, Research, and Communications Departments to harmonize messaging, share market intelligence, and integrate institutional strategy across HIH functional areas.</li><li>Leverage HIH’s Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) system to shape outcome-based impact narratives, metrics, and funder-aligned reporting frameworks.</li></ul>Engagement &amp; Stewardship<ul><li>Serve as the senior relationship manager for a dynamic portfolio of high-value development partners, cultivating trust, transparency, and long-term alignment.</li><li>Lead on donor and partner engagement strategy, including strategic briefings, site visits, joint convenings, and co-authored thought leadership.</li><li>Tailor stewardship and renewal strategies to reflect each funder’s mission, priorities, and impact preferences, ensuring meaningful donor and partnership experiences.</li></ul>Visibility, Positioning &amp;
