This role is crucial as you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent who embody the brand and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the unique demands of both high-end luxury and fast-paced retail environments.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including in-store staff and corporate positions in merchandising, marketing, operations, and more.</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates to showcase our company culture and brand story, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.</li><li>Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, leveraging a variety of channels including industry-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.</li><li>Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, industry passion, and ability to provide an elevated client experience; track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>+5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of success in the retail and/or luxury sectors.</li><li>Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including the differences in skill sets required for high-volume, customer-centric retail versus the relationship-building and brand storytelling of luxury.</li><li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Lever and Rippling.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><div><br></div></ul><br><div>VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
