The Monthly close process includes the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, analytics and working papers to achieve and prepare the financial results.</li> <li>Treasury: Ensure accurate records of cash positions across all entities, currencies and accounts.</li> <li>Financial Analysis: Preparation and review of month-end and year-end working papers, including Balance Sheet reconciliation reconciliation reports and functional/departmental analysis reports.</li> <li>Statutory &amp; Regulatory Compliance: Contribute to the year-end audit efforts, including close collaboration with external auditors, and assist with the production of year end statutory accounts. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.</li> <li>Identify accounting issues and improvements as they occur and recommend solutions. Maintain a high level of proficiency in ERP and financial system to support accurate reporting, system integrity, and financial process automation.
