As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Heat Pump Installer to join our installation team. You’ll take the lead on domestic air-source heat pump installs, ensuring each job is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction. <h3> Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Lead the installation of domestic air-source heat pump systems (ducted or split)</li> <li>Remove existing heating systems including gas boilers, pipework and radiators</li> <li>Install new pipework, radiators, and hot water cylinders as required</li> <li>Commission heat pumps in line with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices</li> <li>Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices on-site</li> <li>Ensure all installations comply with relevant health, safety and quality regulations</li> <li>Maintain a clean and professional presence in customer home</li> <li>Act as a brand ambassador for Fuse Energy, upholding our value in every interaction</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven experience installing air-source heat pumps</li> <li>Skilled in removing and upgrading domestic heating systems</li> <li>Strong understanding of plumbing and heating systems</li> <li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Full UK driving licence</li> </ul>Bonus<ul> <li>NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating</li> <li>G3 Unvented cylinder qualification</li> <li>F-Gas certification</li> <li>Previous experience supervising a team or leading installations</li> </ul>Benefits<ul> <li>Competitive Salary </li> <li>Full-time, stable employment in a rapidly growing sector</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression</li> <li>A supportive and collaborative work environment</li> <li>The chance to be part of a mission-driven company making a tangible impact on the future of energy</li> </ul>
