The primary objective is to develop and execute sales strategies while managing sales reps with a focus on the entire customer chain, which includes distribution partners, contractors, building officials and the engineering community.   Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Directly manage Sales Reps located throughout territory. Provides reps with training, guidance and assistance in efforts to obtain favorable product specifications and increase sales opportunities for IPEX products.  </li><li>Establishes strategic objectives and standards for reps and monitors the effectiveness of existing reps to ensure optimum efficiency. </li><li>Plan and allocate time and resources to ensure sales objectives will meet the goals outlined in the company business plan. </li><li>Interact with internal departments, such as Customer Service, Operations and Marketing regarding pricing, delivery, training, product manufacturing and availability. Ensures that accurate information is effectively disseminated and that cooperation is maintained between departments. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
