Cruise is looking for a PLM Integration Analyst to execute and drive our PLM integrations from other applications to Teamcenter. This is a critical role within our growing team that will have an important role in identifying, deploying and managing various sub-systems and system functionalities. This role will work closely with the Project Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Vehicle Integration, IT Engineering teams, Manufacturing Execution Systems and other cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless integration of new products and changes.

This role requires a keen understanding of the Teamcenter and other integration tool sets available in the market and how to improve those systems for our users. What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and managing the assimilation of new software applications and programs into an organization's existing architecture that entails developing, updating and maintaining electronic interfaces between the Company’s software platforms (PLM) and third party vendors. These interfaces will occur in different formats that may include text, XML and web-services.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot interfaces based on specifications.
  • Organizing, preparing & leading requirements definition sessions with the business stakeholders and/or SMEs.
  • Understand and execute requirements associated with the Bill of Material (e.g., engineering, manufacturing.) and collaborate with other systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES, JIRA etc. STARFLEET).
  • Evaluate PLM and its integrations capabilities, systems feature, current process, identify problems and draft logical data models as necessary.
  • Evaluate results of integration projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders in the testing and validation of new features and providing feedback from the field and customers
  • Manage relationships with Clients, Consultants, and 3rd Party Vendors. Communicate application problems and issues to key team members, including management, and end users.
  • Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes.
  • Research and identify scope for improvement areas on PLM demands prioritization.
  • Collaborate on identification and automating business PLM Regression Test Scripts.
  • Documenting and translating sophisticated business problems into business and technical requirements and functional solutions by providing the right level of documentation for the audience and objective (i.e. User Stories, BPMN, Wireframes, UML, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Breaking down business requirements into concise JIRA tickets (Epics, User Stories, Tasks) and defining Acceptance Criteria.
  • Support each department by determining its systemic needs, recommending changes, implementing new software solutions and instructing users about the interface.
  • Research new software packages and make system upgrade recommendations based on the organization's strategic goals and ensure all systems are generating the greatest productivity at the lowest cost.
  • You are required to supervise the implementation process for outside software while also designing, coding and maintaining applications developed in house.
  • Managing multiple work streams, assessing priorities, and delivering complete, accurate work products.

What you must have:

  • Degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Experience Teamcenter 12.2 and different integration technologies.
  • 3-5 years proven experience with Teamcenter Integrations to downstream systems like ERP/CAD/MES and home grown systems.
  • 3-5 years demonstrated ability working with and implementing enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience in developing ITK utilities, SQL programming, API programming etc.
  • Experience in Teamcenter 12 and up.
  • Experience in Teamcenter integration with ERP.
  • Ability to perform integrations with ERP via (T4S/T4O/T4EA) or other tools.
  • Experience in customizations and event triggers.
  • Experience in Teamcenter integration with requirements management systems.
  • Experience within a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Experience with working with third party integration tools like TIBCO/Mulesoft/Oracle/AWS
  • Experience in Teamcenter - MES integration
  • Experience in integration with end to end enterprise architecture systems like PLM-ERP-MRP systems
