Analyze production lines performance to develop strategies to overcome the current challenges and plan the feature plans towards zero downtime.</li><li>Lead and support the implementation of initiatives such as Progressive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, and other key TPM pillar elements. Lead root cause analysis for all breakdowns using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram, and implement proactive maintenance plans to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Conduct periodic performance reviews, while proactively planning and securing funds for the refurbishment or replacement of aging equipment, Optimize contractor utilization for maintenance support activities to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.</li><li>Manage spare parts and materials procurement, including planning and maintaining critical spares, initiating early escalations, and providing periodic reports on consumption and inventory consolidation.</li><li>Responsible for planning and executing seamless Planned Maintenance without impacting plant operation through proper alignment with operations team, Leading the action closure of RCA, Audits, near miss, CAPA etc. and share on time update to all the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Lead and support factory digitization initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of digital solutions across operations, Drive operational efficiency and enhance productivity across procurement process.
