This position will involve a balance of inventory management duties with active participation in shipping planning and receiving coordination as well as production material management.</span></div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Oversee production control &amp; work order release to manufacturing <a href="http://cells.Generate">cells.Generate</a>, monitor and develop action for internal operating metrics involving inventory.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and real time visibility for the organization’s decision making.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Develop and manage the process for inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations.</li><li>Develop and manage the process for shipping, including packing, labeling, and scheduling shipments.</li><li>Ensure timely and efficient receiving of incoming packages; inspecting shipments for accuracy and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, research and production, to streamline workflows and optimize stock levels.</li><li>Support ERP inventory module functions, including data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.</li><li>Develop processes around order fulfillment and returns.</li><li>Train end users on inventory processes, ERP system functionalities, and shipping/receiving processes.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience with ERP/ WMS systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).</li><li>Experience building and leading a team of material handlers, and technicians.</li><li>Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proven track record of independent execution.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.</li><li>Effective communication skills to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field Certification in inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, or ERP-specific training).</li><li>Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement frameworks.</li><li>Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards related to material management activities</li><li>Experience operating forklifts and other inventory equipment.</li><li>Experience in Aerospace or similar industry with ESD (electro-static discharge), mag-safe and other material handling precautions.</li><li>Experience designing material handling processes and procedures.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory best practices, including FIFO, cycle counting, and demand forecasting.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.</li></ul><br><div>Absolutely no recruiting agencies</div>
