That is where you come in: we’re looking for a Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join us in our Melbourne office  Your mission:Our Store Operations team holds responsibility for the engagement, experience, onboarding and quality of our Key Account stores. As a Store Operations Specialist, you will work directly with these stores, building relationships with store managers and their staff, helping them to maximise the partnership with Too Good To Go and rescue as much food from going to waste as possible.Your Role:Reporting into the Key Accounts Team Leader, you will be working with a portfolio of our most prominent food brands. . As well as working on numerous special projects across focus segments such as Grocery, Cafe, Convenience and Fast-Casual . You will work in a hands-on, front-line capacity, ensuring our key partner stores and area managers have everything they need to succeed. You will report to our Key Accounts Team Leader but as the marketplace is developing, you will also work directly with the Business Development Managers, you will engage with the stores directly via phone and email to optimise store engagement, improve performance, and increase supply. Providing a smooth onboarding process for new stores using scalable tools and methods. A lot of this work will also be hands on.
