Warehouse Shipping Receiving ClerkSUMMARY:Aeroseal is looking for a Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk that will assist us in our mission by joining our shipping team and help manage the daily shipping operations from our manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing customer orders for shipment, coordinating with carriers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing warehouse environment.• Proficient in shipping software, including NetSuite, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and USPS Click-N-Ship.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Forklift certification preferred.• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Prepare and process customer orders for shipment, including verifying order accuracy, packaging, and preparing necessary documentation.• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing inventory costs.• Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any shipping-related issues or concerns.• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.The estimated pay range for this role is $15.00-25.00. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location.
