This hybrid position is based in our <strong>Natick, MA</strong> office and currently requires 3 days per week in the office. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our efforts to identify and recruit talented Ph.D. level engineers and scientists for consulting positions within Exponent, as well as supporting various non-consulting roles within our teams. Your core job responsibilities will include interview scheduling, administrative support for our employee referral program, and recruiting support for our corporate roles. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to many areas of talent acquisition and human resources.
