The Release & Issue Management team supports the responsible deployment of the best AV on the road. We ensure that any and all issues affecting the AV’s performance are triaged, tracked, and driven to closure in a timely manner, whether they are caused by hardware, software, or anything in between. We enable rapid iteration and development by executing and ever-improving the release process that gets our code to the road.
We are in search of a senior engineer to strengthen and expand the conduit of information between our organization and various internal / external customers. This is a unique opportunity to own, define and implement a data analytics and quality strategy that directs AV engineering teams on decisions and design implementation to reduce risk and assure quality standards are met within our autonomous systems and software
If you are interested in how autonomous systems are released, what it takes to get the driver out of the vehicle and building AVs that make better data-driven decisions safely and at scale, let's chat!

Vaccine Mandate.
At Cruise, we’re tasked with leading in the communities we serve — and doing our part to help keep our communities and our teams safe. Our #StaySafe culture transcends and informs all we do, and because of this, as of October 31, 2021 Cruise will be mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for all US-based Cruisers who need or want to access any of our US Cruise facilities and engage in any business travel — including attending any in-person Company-sponsored event.
If you are unable to get a vaccine due to a medical condition, disability, or a strongly-held religious belief, Cruise will consider requests for an accommodation.
