The Compensation Manager partners with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure our reward programmes are embedded effectively into all of our regions, supporting our organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.Why Aggreko? Pro-actively lead and deliver key annual reward processes and reward projects whilst providing expert reward guidance, support and insight to stakeholders across our business.What you will do:<ul><li>Lead the review, design and implementation of global benefits &amp; well being strategies that align with Aggreko’s overall goals and objectives, considering local regulations, market practices and cultural differences.</li><li>Accountable for managing our global benefits portfolio and wellbeing programmes and identifying areas for process-efficiencies and continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the optimal value and highest quality of service at all times.</li><li>Leadership of the International Benefits team to ensure a clear vision, priorities and guidance throughout.</li><li>Act as Go-To Advisor for all benefit related queries and opportunities, keeping relevant business stakeholders updated throughout.</li><li>Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, ensuring they understand the value and usage of the programmes available to them.</li><li>Drive simplification and standardisation in everything we do, using design thinking when we develop strategies for colleagues to understand and access benefits globally.</li><li>Use insight from benefits data to develop and implement global approach to colleague well being.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills.</li><li>Experience running salary and bonus review in Workday or similar HRIS.</li><li>Extensive experience of job matching, inputting into salary surveys and benchmarking salaries.</li><li>Proven experience of analysing large volumes of data, identifying trends and translating into key messages which are understood by stakeholders.</li><li>A focus on strategic thinking and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
