Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Hybrid working environment – 2 office days per week</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘ </li><li>A focus on continued personal development </li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community </li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle </li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Manage transactional HR processes across Germany, the Benelux region, and the Nordics.</li><li>Proactively coach managers and colleagues to independently use Workday, embrace processes and best practices, and apply policies and guidance materials.</li><li>Contribute towards project work, for example the EU Pay Transparency Act.</li><li>Take ownership of timely and accurate delivery of all people administration activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local HR legal requirements and regulations.</li><li>Escalate complex cases to relevant specialists and People Services Manager when necessary.</li><li>Support people system data management, including onboarding, offboarding, bulk uploads, system updates, position management, and maintaining data quality.</li><li>Guarantee all payroll data is submitted accurately and on time according to payroll cut-off deadlines.</li><li>Generate reports, statistics, and data insights to support people team processes and events.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teams across Northern Europe.</li><li>Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is highly desirable.</li><li>Good service orientation with the ability to build relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in dealing with transactional elements of HR, including the full employee lifecycle.</li><li>Well-organised and efficient; able to manage own workload.</li><li>Strength in managing and utilising data.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
