Trade Surveillance, alongside Communications Surveillance capabilities are at the forefront of internal and external regulatory enquiries. Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and deliver on BA tasks associated with any Change relating to technology, processes or people under the Trade Surveillance Tech remit, such as, but not limited to supporting Scila Surveillance platform. This includes, but is not limited to:<ul><li>Eliciting, understanding and analysing problem statements/business requirements.</li><li>Data analysis and investigating data anomalies with upstream teams/systems</li><li>Creation User stories that clearly define the problem statement, requirements with measurable acceptance criteria</li><li>Work with the Vendor/Applicable team in designing the solution that achieves the success criteria within the timeframes set.</li><li>Support QA team with test scenario creation and execution.</li><li>Coordinate, hold, and lead requirements gathering and process definition workshops with stakeholders across the firm.</li><li>Manage effective stakeholder relationships.</li></ul></li><li>Own ongoing commitments assigned within your area and manage expectations accordingly, escalate to the PM or Product Owner where appropriate</li><li>Monitor and track issues, risks and dependencies and ensure the Team, Technology Product Owner and Compliance is kept appraised of the status of the assigned projects and activities.</li><li>Liaison between IT &amp; Compliance on a day to day basis, supporting all daily queries and managing vendor support, and support for both upstream and downstream platforms.</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Subject Matter Expertise in Trade Surveillance and Market Abuse Risks with 5-10 years of experience.</li><li>Solid understanding of Regulatory obligations and expectations in relation to Trade Surveillance within financial markets.</li><li>Strong background in Data Analysis and root cause problem solving.</li><li>Strong Business or Technical experience in a BA role in a regulated/financial context.</li><li>Strong experience in delivering in an Agile manner.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with excellent oral and written communication.</li><li>Passionate about delivery, and being the best in class.</li><li>Proven problem solving skills, with a structured, logical approach.</li><li>Ability to self-prioritise ongoing work, and influence stakeholders.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Project Management experience in a regulated/financial context</li><li>Hands on experience on Alert tuning of Market risk Models</li><li>Experience with systems integration projects</li><li>Experience working with BML/ XML</li><li>Experience working within a SAFE agile environment</li><li>Familiarity with SQL, scripting and understanding data base frameworks</li></ul>Band &amp; level: Manager, 6#LI-Hybrid #LI-ASO #NIJobsNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
