They will develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight. They will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard. They will identify the key benefits and value of products. Role ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities are to:  <ul><li>Translate business strategy into product strategy  </li><li>Own the product roadmap  </li><li>Execute product strategy  </li><li>Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market  </li><li>Plan and carry out product launches  </li><li>Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market  </li><li>Write high-level requirements  </li><li>Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.</li><li>Lead Regional Product management team in product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.</li><li>Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products</li><li>Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.</li><li>Maintain a working understanding of external connectivity including but not limited to FIX protocol</li><li>Remain abreast with any regulatory changes which may impact the regional businesses.</li></ul>Change Management<ul><li>Work with local ops and IT teams to detail change requests and defects of system functionality using management tools such as Jira - based on feedback from users either during UAT or production usage (small CR’s)</li></ul>User training<ul><li>Provide training for users of the system - Brokers, middle office and IT</li><li>Produce client collateral in tandem with sales and marketing</li><li>Produce detailed documentation on system functionality</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Articulate and document Product requirements in global forums and articulate both the commercial and technical details around these.</li><li>Create a regional product roadmap with the agreement of various stakeholders  and ensure delivery of the same.</li><li>Communicate the current status of the rollout schedule to the project and programme managers</li><li>Highlight and communicate issues that may introduce risk to the project schedule</li><li>Work closely with the development project team to receive prioritisation and schedule updates</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Proven ability to work and deliver technical solutions</li><li>Experience in managing development teams located across multiple geographies</li><li>Experience to run stakeholder forums to review cost benefit analysis with the regional and global stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the product and business</li><li>Working understanding of APIs and connectivity to external parties.</li><li>Securities Exchange and/or Clearing House processes</li><li>Previous experience working with the Rates market</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Inter-dealer broker experience</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level <ul><li>Manager / 6</li></ul>#LI-Onsite #LI-MIDNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
