This activity include reporting and financial aspects. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities  <ul><li>Support Service Partner network and provide guideline in technical support and claim evaluation; potentially perform periodical service partner audits</li><li>Organize, in agreement with Central Team guideline, the product Return to Factory or dedicated Service Partner in case of claim that require deep analysis</li><li>Manage Claim in the country with defined DOA for warranty expense properly using approved tools</li><li>Collaborate and conduct Service training (Troubleshooting, commissioning and failure analysis)</li><li>Provide After Sales technical support to local sales team, customers, end user and  Service Partners</li><li>Provide field support for commissioning or field issue (especially in case of issue with high business impact)</li><li>Collect and share with Local and central teams product quality issue (included poor perceived quality)</li><li>Actively cooperate in field test initiatives to support product validation</li><li>Propose aftermarket-related business initiatives (i.e Spare parts or new business opportunities).</li><li>Ensure the implementation of the procedures in health&amp;safety provided</li><li>Propose and manage maintenance contract if profitable (including contractual and financial aspects)  </li></ul>Qualifications: Education, Experience  <ul><li>High School technical Diploma in Engineering or similar with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (After Sales / Pre sales / Product Quality / customer Projects) in companies with similar structure and dimension</li><li>English and Turkish language knowledge</li><li>Solid technical knowledge / process oriented and problem solving capability</li><li>Quick, proactive, customer focused thinking, analytical personality</li><li>ERP, EXCEL and e-mail (MS Office Suite)</li><li>Basic written /spoken English (B1 level at least) to understand technical literature</li></ul>Basic knowledge of norms related to electromechanical products included electronics#LI-HybridJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
