You will interact with our team of finance, accounting, procurement, supply chain, global process owners, and IT professionals to manage/grow the company’s S2P Platform.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for assigned tasks within day-to-day production support of the Source to Pay system, Coupa.</li><li>Responsible for deep business process knowledge in order to identify and propose process efficiencies within the systems.</li><li>Configure The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System to account for new process requests/requirements that may arise; implement efficient, effective and user-friendly processes within The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System</li><li>Resolve escalated issues related to configured processes in The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System</li><li>Review major release notes for The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System and provide delta assessment and impacts.</li><li>Produce, maintain and conduct test plans for user acceptance testing for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.</li><li>Partner with Integration teams responsible for development and support of The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System integrations with interfacing systems.</li><li>Perform day-to-day tasks that involve ongoing support of the system.</li><li>Promotes user adoption by improving usability.</li><li>Responsible for first contact resolution (FCR) for user raised questions and issues, maintaining always a sense of urgency, providing excellent user experience and efficiency</li><li>Lead solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop and deliver business and technical solutions to customer satisfaction.</li><li>Utilize strong functional knowledge across Source to Pay functions, including supplier on-boarding, purchase requisitioning, sourcing, invoicing, and payables.</li><li>Create a positive business relationship with key business stakeholders</li><li>Maintain relationship with the Regional Super Users of The Source-to-Pay (S2P) System</li><li>Influence up / downstream processes with Executive leaders, peers, and suppliers</li><li>Utilizes reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Develop standard reports for ongoing needs and ad hoc queries as needed, working with staff to identify information requirements.</li><li>Mass updates of data in Coupa through Postman APIs.</li><li>Prioritize and escalate issues efficiently for prompt resolution</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any integration related issues between Coupa and other systems in the landscape, such as ERP’s and Master Data tools.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Leading ERP (S2P) modules, Coupa, Ariba, Catalyst or Smart by GEP as a technical owner, implementer, or system administrator with strong functional knowledge.  Coupa experience mandatory.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Experience in troubleshooting system issues and working with other groups to prioritize and resolve the issues</li><li>Experience in ServiceNow, SAP, Iscala, Navision is good to have</li><li>Experience in Process Improvement</li><li>Fluent in excel, word, etc.</li><li>Experience with API with Coupa is a plus.</li><li>Sound critical thinking and attention to details</li><li>Acting as a liaison between internal associates and external suppliers to resolve concerns</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Familiarity with compliance and governance controls.</li><li>Preferred – Finance and or Procurement background</li><li>Preferred – Experienced in multi-system landscape support</li><li>BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent work experience</li></ul>#LI-JO2  Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
