You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing candidate relationships.</p><p></p><p>Duration: 4 - 8 Month, Temporary full time position</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with HR, managers, and Operations to understand job requirements and develop job postings.</li><li>Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, and provide support throughout the interview process.</li><li>Assist in checking references and conducting background checks as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.</li><li>A genuine interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><b>What’s in it for you</b></h1><div><p style="text-align:left;"><span><span>We</span><span> are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
