Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Train cell operators and team leaders and ensure standard work is being followed.</li><li>Train cell operators and update charts and maintain daily production schedule.</li><li>Determine training targets, update and maintain versatility matrix.</li><li>Manage shop orders and interface with multiple departments.</li><li>Communicate when equipment is down.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or work experience will be considered.  </li><li>5 Years experience in a supervisory / molding and extrusion environments. </li><li>Experience in SAP.</li><li>Experience analyzing and presenting production metrics. </li><li>Experience in internal and external audits regarding the Quality Management System. </li><li>Experience in Lean Manufacturing process and improvements implemented. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing systems used to collect data and control/monitor processes. </li><li>Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead/influence peers and other functions towards organizational goals. </li><li>Flexible attitude and the ability to deal with changing assignments and priorities. </li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines </li><li>Ability to work as a team member. </li><li>Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments / flexibility. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. </li><li>Strong teamwork. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of ISO and quality systems as FDA and OSHA requirements.​</li><li>Intermediate level of English /desirable.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
