You'll be hands-on with processing transactions, reconciliations, investigations and improvement of process and procedures.</span></div><div><br></div><div>Please note that this is a 12-month mat-leave contract which will start in October 2025. </div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Prepare financial accounts and ledger reconciliations for the company and trusts.</li><li>Maintain general ledgers (NetSuite) in relation to new account set up.</li><li>Review general ledger transaction to ensure correct classification and tax treatment.</li><li>Process manual customer payment, asset sales to Trusts as required and process trust remittances.</li><li>Perform reconciliations between Bank Statement and Loan Management System for Customer Collections and Vendor Disbursements.</li><li>Identify and create new finance processes to improve efficiencies.</li><li>Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support as needed.</li></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>You bring a university degree in a related discipline and/or working towards a CPA or CA qualification</li><li>You have 1+ years' experience in a similar role and have ideally worked in banking or financial services sector or Big 4 accounting firms desirable.</li><li>You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are driven to achieve business goals.</li><li>You bring a sense of curiosity and are a team player who has the ability to engage across a broad range of internal stakeholders.</li><li>You have enquiring mind and improving financial processes.</li><li>Proficient Excel skills are essential to your success in this role</li><li>NetSuite experience highly desirable.</li></ul><br><div><b style="font-size:18px;">Diversity and Inclusion</b></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">At Brighte, we celebrate diversity and encourage you to bring your whole self to work.
