This role ensures that the conveyor systems are operating at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. REQUIREMENTS</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyor system maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li><b>Experience with a variety of conveyor systems (e.g., belt conveyors, roller conveyors, automated guided vehicles) and components.</b></li><li>Strong understanding of aisle connections within the conveyor systems.</li><li>Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.</li><li><b>Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems.</b></li><li>Experience with water main, fire suppression, HVAC, generator, and electrical systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar certification (preferred).</li><li>OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.</li><li><b>Must be available and flexible to respond to facility needs outside of regular business hours, including being on call when required;
