The Wire Harness Assembler (WHA) will preform tasks that are necessary to the production process to assemble our tractors.  As a WAH at Agtonomy, you will have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail.      This role will be based in our South San Francisco office. </span></div><br><br><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Build and modify electrical harnesses.</li><li>Perform repairs to harnesses or electrical wiring.</li><li>Operate stripping equipment, hand tools, soldering equipment and any other equipment needed to complete assemblies, following established safety practices and procedures.</li><li>Interpret technical documents and diagrams, in addition to following verbal and written instructions. (detailed drawings and schematics)</li><li>Work with team members to assemble products together.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Maintain and adhere to safety requirements-Identify defective items while assembling the product   </li></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. </li><li>3 plus years of experience working as an assembler and wiring harnesses</li><li>Skilled in electrical wiring and soldering- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs</li><li>Willing to perform tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. </li><li>Collaborative mindset and communication skills </li></ul><h3>What Makes You a Strong Fit</h3><ul><li>You have experience working in the agtech or robotics industry  </li><li>This is a temporary contract position that we anticipate will last 3 months with the possibility to extend.  </li></ul><br>
