This person will play a vital role in the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of elevated work and brand collateral for digital and retail, with an emphasis on email marketing design. The ideal candidate will be based out of the New York area and will need to come into the showroom once or twice a week. </span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team and external partners to conceptualize, plan, and execute 360° campaigns, product launches, and asset development across all channels.</li><li>Lead creative project workflows for emails and digital design to ensure deliverables are prioritized, deadlines are met, and output consistently meets a high standard of quality.</li><li>Design and edit a wide range of creative materials, including emails, advertising, motion graphics, GIFs, and digital experiences for use across e-commerce, social, paid media, and retail environments.</li><li>Develop responsive email templates optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
