You've seen it all.</li> <li>Deep proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence), including advanced customization of workflows, schemes, and a mastery of JQL.</li> <li>A knack for stakeholder management; you can translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with everyone from engineers to executives.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.</li> <li>A collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global team without losing your cool.</li> </ul>Bonus points if you have:<ul><ul> <li>Atlassian certifications (we love to see them!).</li> <li>Experience with identity management (Okta, SAML/SSO) and integrating it with Atlassian.</li> <li>Scripting and automation skills (Groovy, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
