Work closely with business stakeholders to create user-friendly applications and automation workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency across The Crown Estate.Main Accountabilities:<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and extend Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.</li><li>Troubleshoot and optimise Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and governance standards through all stages of the Application Lifecycle Management.</li><li>Contribute to governance standards and Power Platform best practices in line with our Enterprise Architecture principles.</li><li>Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.</li><li>Share knowledge within the team and department with a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Power Apps Developer in both Canvas and Model Driven app development and support.</li><li>Understanding of Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, Power Pages, Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Expertise in software development and business analysis.</li><li>Experience with designing and implementing efficient automated workflows using Power Automate.</li><li>Experience configuring and delivering AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (previously known as Power Virtual Agents).</li><li>Proficient in integrating all aspects of Power Platform with each other.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of different database types: Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL.</li><li>Experience configuring custom connector APIs.</li><li>Proficiency with HTML, Python, C#, and JavaScript for customisation and advanced functionality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.</li><li>Microsoft Power Platform Certified; PL-200, PL-400 or equivalent.</li><li>Any other modern development language is beneficial.</li><li>Understanding of Power Platform licensing plans is beneficial.</li></ul>Capabilities:<ul><li>Connected approach: Excellent business-to-technology translation skills, identifying ways to apply solutions to help customers increase business value and performance.</li><li>Platform Engineering: Building and supporting self-service tooling such as CI/CD.</li><li>Solution deployment: Utilising build chains allowing for automated deployment.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Demonstrates personal commitment to change through actions and words.
