<div>    <p><strong>Workload: 100%</strong></p><p>Join Axpo Solar Germany as a Program Manager, where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation.</p><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Oversee cross-functional project management, ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases.</li><li>Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, construction, and asset management, to drive project success.</li><li>Monitor and control project schedules, focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships.</li><li>Manage commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring profitability and compliance.</li><li>Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top management reporting.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships.</li></ul><h3>What you bring &amp; who you are:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience managing PV projects or large-scale infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks across various teams.</li><li>Proficient understanding of business plans and financial metrics.</li><li>Willingness to challenge existing processes and implement efficient solutions.</li><li>Fluency in German and English, French or Polish is a plus.</li></ul><h3>About the team:</h3><p>You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality solar energy projects.
