Would you like to see how you can contribute to the growth of our clean energy solutions?  Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:  <ul><li>You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center</li><li>You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users</li><li>You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation</li><li>You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager</li><li>You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager</li><li>You'll support commissioning and project management of C&amp;I ESS projects in the region.</li><li>38 hours a week</li><li>One year contract with possibility of extension </li></ul> Your profile Do you have the legal right to work in UK ? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship. What will you need to be successful?  <ul><li>Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)</li><li>Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background</li><li>Excellent skills in Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment</li></ul> What can make you an ideal candidate?  <ul><li>2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&amp;M</li><li>Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin) is not mandatory but preferred</li><li>Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe</li></ul>
