Our mission is to create a world where rewilding not only enhances biodiversity but also delivers commercial and financial benefits, allowing nature and business to thrive together.  About the Role In this role, you’ll support the delivery of nature recovery and habitat creation projects, gaining hands-on experience in our rewilding and conservation projects (environments like wetlands, meadows, and woodlands).   More information <ul><li>Job type: 6-8 week fixed term contract (possibility to extend) </li></ul><ul><li>Start date: asap </li></ul><ul><li>Salary: £29,484 per annum (pro-rata for fixed term contract) </li></ul><ul><li>Location: Quainton, Buckinghamshire HP22 4DE but willing to travel to one of our projects in Salisbury  </li></ul><ul><li>Reports To: Site Manager </li></ul><ul><li>A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle will be required for this position. </li></ul> Ecosulis funded training Courses  <ul><li>CSCS (CITB and ROLO Course) </li></ul> Key Responsibilities Habitat Creation and Nature Recovery  <ul><li>Assist with watering, planting, seeding, and establishing native habitats such as wildflower meadows, scrubland, and wetlands. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop practical skills in creating natural features that support and enhance wildlife. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the identification and safe removal of invasive plant species where required.  </li></ul><ul><li>Carry out land management tasks that align with conservation and environmental goals. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist with monitoring the health of plants and soils to ensure successful habitat establishment. </li></ul><ul><li>Support data collection and ongoing care for planted or restored sites. </li></ul><ul><li>Be ready to work at different sites, including remote and rural locations. </li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to all health and safety policies to maintain a secure working environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Learn and implement Ecosulis’ commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices </li></ul> Experience Previous Landscaping or Environmental Project Experience would be desirable, however this is a Trainee opportunity.
