This role is for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a startup environment with lots of disparate things on their plate. This role requires an attitude where no task is too small or too big. This is an exciting time to join Travertine as this fall we will be opening a new 21,000 sq ft office and research facility in Boulder, CO as well as our Demo Plant outside of Rochester, NY. This role will have a hand in setting up and ensuring the efficient operation of both of those sites, and helping ensure everyone at Travertine loves coming into work. </span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Office Management:</b> Manage the daily operations of our office spaces. This includes maintaining a neat and welcoming environment, coordinating with maintenance teams, ordering office supplies and snacks, and receiving and sorting packages and mail. Ordering other supplies and equipment as needed. </li><li><b>Administrative Support:</b> Provide general administrative support to the company.
