For more information, please visit <a href="http://www.karenclarkandco.com/">www.kcc.us.com</a>Responsibilities<ul> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance industry leaders and key business partners. </li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts by establishing and nurturing relationships with C-suite stakeholders at insurance companies, reinsurance firms, and ILS funds.</li> <li>Spearhead sales efforts to cultivate profitable pipelines and close deals within the targeted client base, consistently meeting or exceeding annual and quarterly revenue targets.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate KCC’s value proposition and complex risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Engage with potential clients to understand their unique catastrophe risk management challenges and present tailored solutions leveraging our modeling and risk management expertise.</li> <li>Ensure KCC technology is seamlessly integrated into client processes.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes in the insurance and reinsurance sectors to provide informed insights and develop effective sales strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul> <li>MBA or graduate degree in a related area</li> <li>Minimum of five to ten years of experience in business development or related area, with a strong consultative sales approach and ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Experience in the property &amp; casualty insurance industry and a strong understanding of market trends are required</li> <li>Experience working with catastrophe risk modeling concepts and principles is highly desirable</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously</li> <li>Ability to lead and manage projects effectively, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Team-player with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving</li> <li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative</li> <li>Ability to travel within the US and internationally</li></ul>
