Your mission We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with our leadership team, help shape people strategies, and ensure our Austrian operations are both compliant and primed for growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being both a strategic partner and hands-on execution in a fast-paced scale-up environment.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, optimise structures, and guide organisational change.</li><li>Track and analyse key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.</li><li>Act as the subject-matter expert on Austrian labour law and compliance - providing authoritative advice on employment law, collective agreements, and works council matters, ensuring compliance and anticipating regulatory changes.</li><li>Lead on employee relations matters, particularly complex cases - take ownership of sensitive employee relations issues, guiding managers and employees through conflict resolution - and all appropriate next steps.</li><li>Identify talent development needs and drive retention - working with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, support succession planning, and work on targeted development initiatives to strengthen retention and career growth.</li><li>Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding - Supporting HR operations team to ensure lifecycle processes are smooth, compliant, and engaging, using feedback to continuously improve.</li><li>Champion culture, engagement and inclusion - co-lead / lead initiatives that enhance our culture, promote diversity, and improve engagement, backed by measurable outcomes.</li><li>(Nice to have) Lead performance management &amp; contribute to compensation/benefits -  manage performance review cycles and support comp and benefits strategies to keep us competitive.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>8+ years of well rounded generalist HR experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of Austrian labour law (experience across EU jurisdictions is a plus)</li><li>Hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle: strategy, culture, operations and change management.</li><li>Experience building scalable HR processes and frameworks from the ground up.</li><li>Experience working in a scaling fast paced environment, ideally in the SaaS B2B space. </li><li>Proven ability to lead / advise through ambiguity, build structure, and drive results.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in both English and German.</li></ul> What we offer you <ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognise and reward talent.
