We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team in our office in Leuven and drive the vision, strategy and success of our product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management:<ul><li>Be the driving force and visionary behind your assigned products and portfolio, leading the direction of your solutions with energy and momentum.</li><li>Own and continuously update the product roadmap and strategy to ensure alignment with market needs and company goals.</li><li>Lead new product development initiatives: define compelling customer value propositions, develop business cases, guide development, and successfully launch products in global markets.</li><li>Conduct full lifecycle reviews of your portfolio with the Technical Product Manager and take action where necessary to maintain competitiveness and value.</li></ul>Product Pricing/Positioning:<ul><li>Collaborate with regional sales and service teams to ensure effective commercial operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.</li><li>Define the pricing and licensing strategy for your products.</li><li>Set transfer prices, recommended sales prices and/or license fees to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.</li><li>Work closely with the Technical Product Manager to track the product lifecycle.</li><li>Continuously monitor sales performance, market competitiveness, and profitability of your products across different markets.</li></ul>Customer Advocate:<ul><li>Serve as the voice of our customers and translate their needs for the development team.</li><li>Monitor relevant competitor products and substitutes, taking action to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive.</li><li>Collect and create knowledge of your core segments and applications.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration/Training:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to plan and execute successful product and feature launches globally.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Marketing to create commercial and sales materials, deliver impactful training, and develop new tools to support the global sales force.</li></ul>
