The position is preferably based in Cham, Switzerland, other locations in Europe can be discussed.  Your main areas of responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Managing all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr Electricity Devices within the EMEA region</li><li>Managing quality cases, CAPAs, interface to Quality and local technical support organizations</li><li>Maintaining the KPIs as assigned by Business Unit Electricity</li><li>Interfacing with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to prioritize case work</li><li>Collaborating with global teams to promote and develop process development and continuous improvement</li><li>Providing global technical tender support for customer projects</li></ul> Your profile:<ul><li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field (e.g. electronics, IT, Software or equivalent) or other equivalent academic degree</li><li>Proven track record in working in international R&amp;D projects with multiple site connections</li><li>Experience in technical project management, with complex technical documentation and schematics</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to represent your project in challenging situations, including customer meetings</li><li>Experience in working in a complex and agile business environment</li><li>Fluent communication and presentation skills in English</li></ul> Will be considered a plus:<ul><li>Power line communication (PLC) and mobile networks experience</li><li>Azure DevOps, Service Now</li><li>DLMS Cosem Client</li><li>Any other spoken language</li></ul>#LI-HB#LI-HWe're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. #EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.
