<div> Project Coordinator – Hunt Valley Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution and daily operations of our solar projects. This role works closely with Project Managers to ensure all phases of a project are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related field and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Assist Project Managers in planning and executing project action plans related to scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Monitor and manage team goals, project timelines, and documentation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Participate in design, status, and budget meetings.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Coordinate permits, utility approvals, incentive applications, and closeout documentation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Maintain both digital and physical project records.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Draft and manage change orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Schedule and procure project-related materials and equipment deliveries.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Prepare and review project communications such as proposals, meeting notes, and correspondence.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Liaise with clients to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Perform other duties as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">5+ years of experience in construction or a 4-year degree in a related field.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Proficient with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, POs, and invoices.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Experience with project management software and document control systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Team leadership experience is a plus.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Familiarity with the commercial solar industry is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time 40 hours Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year Benefits:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Health / Dental / Vision insurance</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">401(k)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px;">Paid time off</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">8 hour shift</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px;">Day shift</li></ul> </div>
