The OneStream Technical Analyst will join the OneStream Support team and will provide the business with day to day support, solutions to problems and the introduction of new functionality.Reporting to the OneStream Functional Lead, the OneStream Technical Analyst will provide expert support to their stakeholders across Finance whilst collaborating with other team members and IT specialists. The role requires a good understanding of the technical aspects of the OneStream and other EPM solutions. Attention to detail and pro-activeness are key traits of this role to ensure that delivery is on time and to a high quality. There will be a steep learning curve so will suit applicants who are ready to be challenged.  Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Supporting UK Time zone (with potential to switch to APAC time zone at an appropriate point when ability has been built)</li><li>Support the Month End, Half Year and Year End financial close processes in OneStream</li><li>Support the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Liaising and working closely with the rest of team and ensuring all BAU tasks are completed and meet the deadlines</li><li>Develop cube views, dashboards and reporting requirements and provide support to Local, Regional and Group Finance analysts to analyse and interpret MI information</li><li>Provide support for the global allocations process</li><li>Aid in the management/maintenance of the Global Chart of Accounts in EPMWare according to accounting standards within Oracle EBS and OneStream</li><li>Maintain and manage user security</li><li>Administration of the Transformation Rules</li><li>Undertake Incident and problem investigation</li><li>Issue resolution according to required change request policies and procedures</li><li>Able to confidently train the user base on OneStream when required</li><li>Develop software that conforms to industry and TPICAP best practices / coding standards</li><li>Offer and provide support and assistance to colleagues where appropriate and provide system knowledge sharing</li><li>Produce detailed and thorough documentation in relation to development processes and tasks</li><li>Maintenance of OneStream User hub and manage communications to user community</li></ul>Experience / Competences<ul><li>2-5 years’ experience supporting OneStream</li><li>Experience supporting and developing reports within OneStream</li><li>Experience in working with analysts to understand business processes</li><li>Experience of working with complex data/data sets and being able interrogate and illicit answers to support stakeholders</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people</li><li>Attention to detail with a pro-active approach</li><li>Quick learner</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.  Ability to write clear and concise documentation</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload based on multiple business drivers</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA)</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent working knowledge of OneStream is essential</li><li>Other EPM application knowledge</li><li>Basic SQL/SSIS knowledge</li><li>MS Office expert user</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Professional / Level 5</li></ul>#LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
